Overview¶
The Schedule page in reports is designed to facilitate the automation of report distribution, allowing users to manage how frequently reports are sent and to whom. This ensures that relevant stakeholders receive crucial insights in a timely manner.
Components of the Schedule Page¶
Active Schedule¶
- Activate the Schedule: Use the toggle to activate the scheduling feature for your report. When activated, reports will be sent automatically based on the selected frequency and recipients.
Frequency¶

Select Frequency: Choose how often you want to receive the reports via email. The available options include:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Annually

You can select one or more frequency options to suit your reporting needs.
Add Emails¶
- Recipient Emails: Specify the email addresses of individuals who should receive the report when the schedule is enabled.
- Recipient Limit: You can add up to 100 email addresses to ensure that all necessary stakeholders are included in the report distribution.
